Please note: only persons over the age of 18 years may complete their deferment through the web. Persons under the age of 18 must apply to the university IN PERSON accompanied by a loan guarantor over the age of 18.

Please follow the instructions to complete the OSAP deferment process:

1. Print and fill out two copies of the promissory note (one for your own records and one to give to the university)
• Download Acrobat Reader (required to view promissory note)
• View and print the promissory note
• To print the step-by-step instructions, click on the link at the bottom of the page for the custom deferment process.
2. Submit a copy of the promissory note to the finance department along with payment of $40 (administration fee).
