When filling out the mail-in remittance form the following fields are mandatory:

• Your student name
• Your student number
• Your complete address - city - province - postal code
• Your home phone number
• Your credit card information OR attach a cheque

Your remittance form with full payment can be mailed to our finance department or delivered in person to a finance accounting officer. Operating hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
